Im 163 at 15 and i haven't grown at all in one year. Is there anything i can do or should i accept that its already over?

It pisses me off so much when i get told that its alright to be short. I never get treated seriously by anyone who is taller and girls see me as a joke. I got blocked by 3 retarded sluts when i told them my height 😂

Pls tell me what can i do to grow at least to 170, does bonesmashing heels work??
(idk if growth plates are still open but the endocrinologist said that they most likely are)

go to doctor and see if your growth plates are closed, im the same age and a guy said in my thread you should be couple cms taller than your dad and especially for you when your mom isnt that short compared to dad. just stay healthy and dont stress it that much(y)

Very very low chances actually, i forgot to mention that i started puberty very early💔
And during peak development i didn't even sleep much bc i was so stupid and little bruh

Have u looked into heelsmashing a lot. I've seen threads where people get like 1/2 inches but I haven't tried it. R u gonna

pin hgh 8ius a day fasted do it quick otherwise growth plates gonna shut
 
pin bro i was at the same exact situation as you 2 years ago asking on here and niggas told me ive still got time to grow.
i grew 3cm in that time
pin dude dont even care about side effects

do anything and research all day every day
