im on 2mg reta a week currently and have been on it for 4 weeks, im 70kg 15-16% bf at 6'1, im gonna take 250mg test a week (worked up from 150) to get jacked and lean, i've already gone from 86kg fat w no muscle to where i am now, any tips on how to maximise myself while on test?

250mg is just trt+
 
Just do 500 if you know you're done growing and take dht blocker and an ai + pct properly. Watch your estrogen, looks like you're prone to gyno. Also track bw and calories if you wanna lean bulk (recommended 500 cal surplus). Make sure the cycle is 15-20 weeks and train really hard, eat well, sleep well.
 
Make sure diet + gym is actually on lock. Do a 300-500 cal surplus - 16-24 week cycle (anything shorter is retarded)

You will see insane progress first 10 weeks then results will likely slow down and scale will stop moving up insanely quick but stay at it. Make sure to do a solid pct at the end or just rawdog it up to you
