im on 2mg reta a week currently and have been on it for 4 weeks, im 70kg 15-16% bf at 6'1, im gonna take 250mg test a week (worked up from 150) to get jacked and lean, i've already gone from 86kg fat w no muscle to where i am now, any tips on how to maximise myself while on test?
