Work on your form. The exaggerated hip hinge is terrible and inefficient. Also, that doesn't look much above 120kg - novice level.

140kg for reps is low level intermediate. You also have a lot of lower back rounding. You going to snap yourself up the way you're lifting. I would suggest taking some weight off. Get the right form with 2 plates and slowly work your way back up.
 
My RM is 180 man. Stop giving me advice. I have better Physique than most men and I lift more Than most men at my gym

Your form is terrible and you 1) aren't lifting in the most efficient way 2) will injure yourself down the line.
