Iv been 5 years into gym and have a very reasonable size, yet after reaching 150lbs iv still have love handles and lower ab fat
Should I just keep cutting towards 145lbs or just start bulking so my cutting weight can be more like 165lbs?
Cause this is genuinely disheartening, I look pretty good rn, but I know I need to cut down a bit more, but isn't 145 and lower just so fucking light for my height?
