im 5'7 and 15, What should I eat and how much should I eat to grow more?

I'm eating about 4-5 meals a day, rice, beans, meat, eggs, milk.. pls help

bro ur basically eating the best stuff possible, its really up to genetics and sleep now testmaxxing would help too and then maybe some supps might help.

also dont go crazy with rice and beans, get some potatoes , bulgur, shit like that in , avocados n shii, but meat and fat and eggs is what you should be eating the most

by the way anyone saying that ur cooked is lying, 5'7 at 15 is normal if anything slightly above average for 15, obv this is only if ur not in europe but since ur dad is like 6 foot theres some hope for u

Keep doing what you're doing, but diversify your meals for more meat and eggs and well as sleeping plenty

5'7 at 15 is literally average you have nothing to worry about
i just turned 15 and im 5'9 - im taller than my mom but my dad is around 6'1-6'2 so there is hope for me
please i beg you just dont get in a deficit and make sure you're always getting sufficient good quality sleep its not just about duration its also about quality
dont eat goyslop and stay out in the sun
