i have heard abt erda being helpful but its expensive. but as a fellow 15 yr old i honestly don’t recommend using anything bc i hopped on a lot of stuff and i dont know if that fucked my body up. If your genetics are cooked like mine, if natural stuff like eating good, good sleep, a few things that are scientifically proven to make you taller is, stretch in the morning, it stretches and releases tension en your spine and can increase your height by even an inch, have good posture ( very important bc it keeps your spine upwards) sleep on your back and if none of that works just get like hokas or shoes you like and use heightboosters tbh

best advice I could give you via softmax is drink raw milk, get your nutrients in, exercise, get 9+ hours of sleep per night (good sleep, no screens at least 1 hour before bed, no food at least 2 hours before bed etc yk) and hope for the best (just turned 15 as well, 6'2 but it's mostly genetics so don't expect crazy results from this if your parents are short) good luck
