India is great!
It is one of the cradles of eastern civilization, birthplace of 2 major religions in the world (and home place to almost all 5 of them), a land of hundreds of different ethnic groups and languages, it has a rich history of art, architecture, literature, music and philosophy, and has made numerous advances in mathematics and science long before modern western civilization.
Every great empire throughout history, all the way from Alexander the great to the British have gone their way to conquer this land. In fact, European countries such as Portugal, France, and especially the UK would not have the wealth it has today without India, and really South Asian civilization in general.
And even during the dark period of the nation’s modern founding, they persevered. Even with all the poverty, disease, corruption, divide, and conflict, the Indian people still persevered. Becoming the nation that once the laughing stock of the world to one of the world’s biggest economic powers and with much improved standard of life than from 40–50 years ago. And it has joined the ranks of the world’s superpowers:
No other nation has suffered as much as India and still advanced to become what it is today. For 5,000 years India has been the cornerstone of wealth and power and to this day it still is, even after everything it has been through. Even after the immense pain and humiliation it has faced, India still strives to be better
And yes there is still stuff like this, the poverty, crime, and poor infrastructure is still there. But guess what, this is the real world. This shouldn’t represent India, why? Because behind every great civilization it was built on the backs of an of a lower and underclass. Someone has to be on the bottom of it, and someone will be lower than one.Now, we can definitely make the extreme situations better, with less government corruption and better funding, India can eradicate the conditions you see in the picture above, all you guys need is understanding and support from the people. But there is something in the grander scale we cannot change.
I’m sorry to say this but this is reality, and it always will be: not all are born equal and as much I would love to see the perfect and equal India that many envision. But face it, it’s never going to happen. the ghettos of the unfortunate will always be there no matter how hard we try or the social balance we had for 5 millennia will be thrown off. Be happy with that you have because one day humanity will not survive anymore, but among our ruins the symbols of India will still stand tall because the Indians preserved that legacy.

i am indian and let me tell you, being indian is actually a great thing. we have beautiful people and we have ugly people. just like any race. I for 1 am a great person, have great friends, and i take care of every one that is in my life and i am glad to do it, and for that i have people that love me around me. also, indian parents are one of the best parents you can have. sometimes they can be really strict, but they will take care of you no matter what, and they will buy you what ever it is that you need. as long as your not a selfish ****head. Also, we all have great jobs, lots of money and a family that we all love and take care off. suck my dick op suck my dick.
