Haven't measured my weight in four years I only use the mirror to track progress
jfl we need your weight. If you're 80kg and your 1rm is 90kg bench, then that's not really that good. Do you even train your arms?

I've only been to the gym for four months my bench is 100 1 rpm sorry I have done 90 at 1.5 RER so it maybe around 98 kg . I train arms but since I'm 6'2 it takes a long while to see size gains strength gains are faster for me

yeah at 4 months you're barely going to have muscle. Find out your weight, I guarantee you are like 80kg or some shit

Yea this was how much I had in arms I was training legs and back mainly as I have good leg genetics but extremely bad back strength
This was two months ago after this I stopped gym going to start from Thursday
