I’m a little sick.

Last night I felt a little off, tiny bit of a flu. Today I woke up feeling a lot worse. I had no appetite, nose completely stuffed and my throat felt bad.

I have been taking zinc every hour for today and I’m feeling better. I also took some painkillers.

I hope I’m feeling well tomorrow
