This is just an anecdote but I served with a weeb who unironically played TFT and League in his free time and was a giga nerd all his life, looks-wise he was LTN, skinny and had a deformed ribcage ( he was really tall tho, 2 meters at least but that is irrelevant to some degree because all the girls got interested solely though online interactions)
