Im afraid I mightve caused permanent hearing loss

My left ear is muffled with slight tinnitus. Im scared. Probably too much loud music in earpods. Legit suifuel but idk I'll probably cope somehow. Music has always been incredibly important to me so I am worried. Rn I'm only listening to things with my right earpod in hopes that it'll heal.

Same. I blasted out music accidentally in my left earbud 4 days back, now when I hear with wired earphones my right ear hears slightly more than left. Not sure how it will heal tho
