Given that male tipoplasty/rhinoplasty is terrible, I am starting to feel like my username has became my reality.
This is truly painful, to be quite frank. My head feels achy when thinking about this and my future.
It seems as though I have lost the genetic lottery and now, there's only pain and rejection ahead of me. I'm genuinely crying, friends.

same.

I'm not a dickcel, but it doesn't even matter in day to day life. I'm a birdcel with a long midface JFL.

You have to accept the truth, accept your fate, at least even if you don't ascend to the HTN rank bimax will probably greatly facilitate your social interactions and help with your professionnal life.

Bimax will likely improve your side profile and 3/4, but your front (arguably the most important) will barely change unless you're severely deformed. If you want to improve your front, it's more complicated. You can't change important things like facial proportions or philtrum length. There is rhinoplasty and eye area surgery, but the result of these aren't really impressive, they can more or less fix your failos but that's it.

If you are choosing reputable surgeons only (as you should), just bimax should be around 25-30k, and rhino/eyes should be around 7-10k each. So you might spend almost 50k for a moderately better looking front profile, if everything goes well. You should think and plan very seriously.
  • Pros: you will likely look better, you'll have higher self-esteem and will probably get better treatment in interpersonal relationships (including romance, work, etc.) for your whole life.
  • Cons: 50k is a lot of money, you could spend it on a down payment for a mortgage, buy a nice car, travel around the world, hire a lot of attractive high-end escorts (if you're not NT, you might even realize you don't really enjoy sex that much) or invest it for the future. Surgeries are disruptive to your normal life, and recovery is long and painful. You might still be unsatisfied with your looks. Depending on your age, you might not have a lot of years to try dating young women anyway.
I guess an alternative option to improve your front would be fillers (e.g. for your cheekbone area). They are temporary but much cheaper and less invasive than surgery, maybe you could try them if you're not 100% sure about going for surgery.

If what you're primarily concerned with is attracting a girl, you can also consider different ways to increase your SMV such as relocating somewhere else where your genes or your money are in higher demand, depending on your race, height and income.

You’ll definitely be less ugly, and you’ll be treated with more respect at least for having stronger facial features

Think in shortface cases, the front does improve a lot but in other cases not much. I’ve heard LeFort impaction can help shorten the philtrum but other than that not much you can do.

Yeah that's true, for short face syndrome, bimax is a great improvement on the front too. On class 3 cases the overall improvement is also better than in class 2.
