I'm at a 100g and 70g of protein
 
How so? I take in around 100g a sugar per day from caffienated drinks, I thought its bad? What're the benefits brocel, enlighten me :feelswah:

It's an important nutrient in metabolic stabilization
keep in mind though that when I talk about sugar, I'm referring to fruits and glucose instead of refined sugar

I am pretty sure 100g of sugar will cause health issues in the long term and is short term a looksmin.

Pretty sure your body uses sugar as main food source so if you combine sugar with fat your body uses the sugar and stores the fat. Also the food density of sugary food is high, so is the glychemix index is high causing short periods of energy and lots if time where its used and you feel energy less. That causes more sebum production and acne.
Also read somewhere that sugar destroys callogen. I personally believe that sucrose and sucrose in moderate / high doses is just as damaging for your health. The fruit source is slightly healthier since the fiber causes you the absorb the sugar slower reducing the glychemix index. 100g sugar is way too much lol. Sugar isn't even a product your body need and can produce on his own. Only protein and fat are the 2 main products your body need. Also with muscle building its not like your body starts immediately burning muscles if you are in a ketabolic state and lose all your gains immediately. Your body isn't that retarted.

Your diet reminds of of freelee the banana girl that ate like 20 bananas a day and claimed all the sugar and banana is healthy and we humans are fruitivors (your diet is moderate in protein but not high). That was suck a bs time when she went mainstream. Alot of the girls that followed her diet just got fat haha.
