I’m back, where do I land on the scale and how can I improve.

My two biggest failos are my mandible length. As well as my NTLW ratio. I had another account back in 2020-2021 and I deleted it to ascend and now I’m back. I don’t have the financial situation to afford surgery, so what copes can I do?
