An incel is just someone who is "INvoluntary CELibate".
It's in the word. It doesn't mean virgin. It doesn't mean someone who browses obscure forums. An incel is just someone who doesn't get sex and isn't doing so voluntarily. If you wanted to have sex in the last couple of months but you didn't get any, then you are incel.
