Bought some shitty lifts from amazon:

The ting had good reviews, so I thought fuck it why not. However, in my Nike 95's only the 1 inch lift fits in, anything else puts my heel way too high and it is painful as hell for my heel. Is this normal?

after a few tries of using them, they're not as bad as i said, but they get compressed to fuck 1 inch lift = 0.6 inches reality
