I’m eating in a calorie deficit but losing that much fat

I’m eating in a calorie deficit but I’m not losing that much fat, I eat pretty unhealthy but I’m still in a calorie deficit and I’m not working out so I’m guessing that’s the problem. I’m kinda skinny fat.

just wondering if I could get some advice on how to get more lean.

It takes time. I’ve been on a 4 day water fast and have literally noticed no change in my face. Now imagine a normal deficit. Just forget about it and let the months go by.

If you eat unhealthy you will priortize losing WEIGHT not BODYFAT you fucking retard, you can eat junk food in moderation (obviously better if u dont) but u cant be asking why u are skinny fat (weight loss not fat loss theres a difference) u need to consume a high protein caloric deficit ( carbs dont do shit people just avoid because its high calories, also can be consumed in moderation as well) you need to have carbs anyways when u workout or you will just have no energy during workouts, i suggest eat high protein high volume lots of water, (can do cardio but know its only a excess tool to lose fat) caloric deficit is top of the triangle to lose weight its simple deficit in calories means fat loss, and high protein is to burn more calories + maintain muscle, protein takes longest to digest making it efficient when losing fat

No. If you were really in a calorie deficit you would've lost weight. Regardless of how active you are. You are either not counting your calories properly or your being impatient and you haven't waited long enough to see actual weight loss cuz it takes a while. Just thing about how long you spent eating like a fat fuck to get to your position to put into perspective how long it takes for body fat to change.

But most meat in my area aren’t halal
