How long do you think it could take someone with training knowledge but only calisthenics to hit 100. I only do chest push ups as main chest and I don't even do that many. I'd say I can bench 50 RN. I do calisthenics because my sport is long distance cycling, I want to be really slim and lean, hypertrophy is awful for it, but the cyclist body is ugly so I do calisthenics to keep a good shape and decent strength, I mostly do back and shoulder stuff.Why the fuck are you doing calisthenics?
