I hopped on steroids the second i hit 100
How long do you think it could take someone with training knowledge but only calisthenics to hit 100. I only do chest push ups as main chest and I don't even do that many. I'd say I can bench 50 RN. Typing this made me think I am going to die without having ever lifted 100 kg

Why the fuck are you doing calisthenics?

I camt guarantee you ever hitting two plates from calisthenics. But whats your untrained bench? That should give us an idea

zyzz honestly wasnt really that strong he was just about the aesthetic life
Im also training to look good ngl, but im just strong as fuck instead 🤷🏼‍♀️

I do calisthenics because my sport is long distance cycling, I want to be really slim and lean, hypertrophy is awful for it, but the cyclist body is ugly so I do calisthenics to keep a good shape and decent strength, I mostly do back and shoulder stuff.

I benched 40kg the first two weeks of gym ever for me years ago

Assuming youre a skinny fuck your baseline is actually better than mine.

My first ever bench pr was 35kg. But i was malnourished, so idk

I mostly ask to know if it's realistic to expect hitting 100 in a couple months (3-4) if I really train for it, but If I had to spend a lot of time into it, it's not that worth for me rn.

Also I was a mix of fat/strong but more fat than strong

40kg is not fat and strong. Thats fat and weak

Im gonna guess that youd have to grind for years to hit 100kg natty

Yeah I always felt my chest is hella cooked so honestly I rather just keep my current built and improve anyway
