No why? I’m 81kg looked reascently and Im only 5´11 my goal is to get to 70kg and mantain

my metabolism is pretty fast for someone ho eats till he has to puke and I bet if I get my dream body I won’t wanna eat like this anymore since I’ll have a lot to lose

cuz if u go that route u have to maintain low calories every single day in a span of years until u will remain the same metabolism. I know plenty of guys who went that route and they all failed in the end. U need a more steady route. Even if it sounds boring to lose weight slowly, its still the most efficient way
