My purpose on why I joined this forum was to ascend and teach, not rot for hours. I need to seriously fix my sleep schedule soon and make more guides.

In addition, more sunlight and be out more in general.

I used to look healthier when I was locked in, and didnt use the forum as much, now its the oppisite makes no sense.

It makes no logical sense to me how I rot on a LOOKSMAXXING forum instead of work on my self, I enjoy the people here and being here too much. Starting tommorow changes will be made and I will remember why I joined looksmaxx .org

Whenever I’m not on here for a couple of days im spending most of my time doing uni work or outside with friends but when no one’s out and ive done most of my work ill hop on here and just wont get off that damn notification bell lighting up gives me so much dopamine

Yeah good plan I’m turning 19 and it’s over for me unless I want to hard max only softmaxes I can really do is just getting lean and colouring which I’m working on once I get to a level I’m happy with I’ll probably just post my progress and then leave
