Brah I feel u but listen this isnt just random urge it spiritual warfare. Lust attacks ur focus, ur peace ur connection with God. The enemy uses it to keep u distracted and stuck. But God didnt make u to be slave to ur flesh He made u for discipline, power and purpose. U need to start starving ur flesh and feding ur spirit. That mean cutting off anything that triggers u social medias, porn, even ppl if needed and filling your mind with Scripture, prayer, worship and things that actually build u up. Dont just try to resist temptation replace it. Fill ur day with things that ACTUALLY give you meaning: like gym, ur goals, or even learning something new. Lust grows in idleness, not in purpose. And when u slip up, go straight to God. No shame, no hiding. Say “God, I messed up, but I want U more than this,” and get back on track. Evey time u choose Him, u get stronger. U def won’t fix this overnight, but with God, u can break this. U can do anything with God keep this in mind.
