I woke up at 3pm from a dream where everything was perfect, then got screamed at

Had a lucid dream I was at school when there was a shooter

I was hiding under a desk scared as fuck hearing shots getting closer and closer

We had barricaded the door with desks which was cope as fuck

The shooter spent a few min kicking in the door I could feel my heart rate rise and my cortisol, norepepineprhine, adrenaline and spike extremely high

One of my classmates tried to be a hero as he came in but got shot in the head

He gunned down my classmates slowly and systematically

I texted my parents that I loved them

I felt the first bullet hit my left thigh

Then the second lodged in my gut

He smiled at me as I lay there bleeding out

Third bullet hid my knee, the pain was excruciating

I spent 2-3 minutes in agonizing pain until I woke up

I gotta see a therapist
