its funny lol ive actually DESCENDED after joining on here , its so funny lol, the only advice I have which is actually helping me, is to just do it. If I want to buy shit food I just quickly walk past the store. If I want to play games I just force my siblings to take the console / phone etc. its actually kind of helped Im still not fully out of these addictions but I can say.. You just have to get started, baby steps. Thats what helps
