i’m getting a le fort II and possibly a rhino

i’ve decided that it’s probably best to get a lefort II since i have recessed infras and a hooded nose moving almost everything forward which then gives me less recession just seems to be the smartest way of doing things it’s more expensive than getting a rhino or implants for my infra orbitals but it’s the only real option considering if I get any procedures done before that, and then I get it, it might fuck my shit up like make my nose too upturned, which would make me look like a fucking pig so I’ve decided I’m probably gonna get the big surgery first and all the small surgeries after such as that also if I need any secondary surgeries, but hopefully I don’t get fucking botched like that to need anything. I’m going to Spain and I’m preferably gonna spend around $60-$70,000 I already have 100,000 saved up. Don’t ask but after I do the surgery soon then I’ll see if I need any revisions and if I don’t, I’ll see what I need. to do and see if I need any other surgeries I might get double jaw surgery and that’s only if the. lefort II goes exactly as I wanted to. I might need a rhinoplasty for my nose, though considering it might be too upturned I don’t know. I’ll see how far they move it after I do my CAT scan this week. I’ll see if I’m eligible for it I have the money I’ll just see if they want me. I might be too young so I might have to wait but I don’t care as long as I get it done wish me luck.

Just get a double jaw surgery NOW, thats the way bruv, then a year recovery, then get rhino, then in the end you think about infra supra orbitals. And in those, you might prefer fat grafting over implants to prevent looking uncanny.

If u forcefully deform yourself youll just end up at a worse point and the lefort 2 will bring you back to your current point not ascend u past it.
