I'm getting bimax soon

So I visited my orthodontic after realizing I'm recessed and complained about my breathing issues. He agrees I'm recessed and together with the jaw surgeon came to the conclusion to do a bimax in 2 sessions, so first upper jaw and then the lower jaw. They want to bring both jaws 4 mm forward.

I haven't been on this forum for a while, anything In need to know about this surgery. Insurance probably going to pay for 90% of the costs as well.

Well these are some results they did, and there is a big difference to me. If they never did more than 4 mm, these arent more than that either

Functionality = looking good too

Well it is the only reason why am able to get this surgery and the costs covered

Yeah, just make sure you are very active in the process and communicate your wants and needs with them to try to get a much projection as possible. Best of luck. Hope you ascend

Mainly because of time. It is a long and intensive surgery still
