I think my lower third is good, but im cursed with low hyiod bone and shitty teeth as you can see. I doubt I can do anything about hyiod bone, but I decided to fix my teeth, so I'm getting braces, plus I'm gonna chew gum every other day for 1 hour. If anyone is interested I can update the thread in a few months to see if braces fucked my face like some people here say
