I'm 5'10-11 (178-180cm) which is not that bad but, i wanna hit my dream height of 6'3 or 6'4. i recently told my parents about it, and they supported my idea. what are the risks of HGH? can it cause gigantism? how can i avoid all of them? i need more tips on growing taller too what else can help me attain a taller height let me know.

better bone structure, my collarbones became longer, I became taller. My hands, feet, arms have become longer. But I also had side effects and just hgh alone won't do much for you. hghmaxxing is a bit complicated

What I mean by complicated is getting bloodwork done every 2 weeks. To be afraid that something could happen to you. To have perfect nutrition. Having to pay attention to your health because hgh is obviously not great for your health in general

hey I've been using it too but alot more like 7 IUs everyday twotimes there hasn't been any side effects but just some bloating and water weight
