Hi mofos. I'm getting septoplasty for free next week. It will help me breath better, and It will also help fix my asymetrical nose.
This is the before pic, I will post an after once nose is fixed
As you can see, my nose points to the left side of this pic , it can be noticed easier IRL. I'll bet on this surgery only adding like 0.05PSL at most, but it is free, so every little improvement counts
