Septoplasty vs. septorhino advice

What's good. I have a really shitty deviated septum which makes my nose (which I otherwise like) super crooked tilted to the right.

It also makes it super annoying to breathe so I'm getting a septoplasty in a few months. I want to get a septorhinoplasty to straighten my nose fully but my local ENT doesn't do them + cost. Is it at all possible that the septoplasty alone will straighten my nose enough to make it normalish? And if not, anyone who got a septorhinoplasty what did the cost breakdown look like? Thanks.

I got mine done in the Netherlands by Dr. S.L. (Sarah) Versnel.
It was a septorhinoplasty for my alar sidewall concavity due to a cleft lip.

I'm still a bit unhappy with my nostrils, but my main worry was the alar sidewall concavity. I'll probably get the nostrils fixed some time next year but it's very low on my priority list atm. I am also EXTREMELY happy with the fact that I can FINALLY breath through my right nostril which has always been impossible for me!

I don't know if it's worth to travel to the Netherlands JUST for this septorhinoplasty though, but just sharing my experience
