I realized I looked way better in clothing when my shoulders where smaller and capped. Now I just look like a bloated bear in clothes. It’s hard to look NT when clothed barely fit anymore. And wearing a tank top just looks too try hard. I’m gonna lean down with a caloric deficit and give up lifting for now. Face is far more important anyway, I’m gonna fix it with surgery and gymcelling + eating a lot of food makes me too bloated

bro you should continue bulking up till you‘re big but the cut will pay off. You need patience for it, and also eat lots of protein and dont get into a huge caloric surplus.

I can’t keep going I’m legit disgusted by my face, and I’m only slightly bulked rn. I’ve got a slight double chin now, if it gets worse I’ll legit need to wear a covid mask or smth lmao

Gonna start cutting, maybe I’ll keep lifting occasionally but what’s the point if I’m gonna be low energy. Lifts are gonna be bad

The point is you will retain muscle and strength, cutting without gym will make you lose your muscles

you need to wait till the cut, you are going to regret it if you will cut so early.
My shoulders/back already give me a V taper. That’s all I want + lean abs. My face is a bigger problem atm anyway

how big was your caloric surplus? what bf% weight were you before bulking? are you training with enough intensity? as others have already said, cut and keep on gymcelling, maybe do less volume and higher intensity

I’m starting to get the same mindset too… It’s very hard to look good in clothes as a natural, most of these ‘naturals’ that show off their physique seem to forget the year they ran test and are now claiming natty.

Overall as a natural you’ve either gotta sacrifice your face or your body, as if you cut down on carbs/sodium you will look deflated but your face will look sharp, but if you go high carbs/sodium your face will be a bloated mess but your body will look good.

You just gotta look around your local gym and see all the creatine sodium carb faces walking around with decent arms thinking they’re amazing - it’s pretty pathetic.

We all know face > body so I think it’s a no brainer. I am gonna jus focus on lats/shoulders/chest whilst on a deficit and expect nothing from it.

I’m just gonna cut off all carbs and lift 3 times a week I think. Just gonna do shoulders and back so I can keep my frame

Yeah I started realizing the mass ogres at my gym are ugly af. I only focused on their huge delts and arms and thought they looked good lol. I notic d this when I saw one at my grocery store and he was subhuman af outside the gym
