I only work 15 hrs at the warehouse job a week because that’s all my body can take.

I need to work more shifts a week or I’ll need ways to moneymaxx without wagecelling.

Go work at a place like Amazon, UPS or FedEx.

Lifting late at night or for more than a few hours makes you lose muscle not gain it.

You end up becoming skinny fat from high cortisol, low testosterone, low dopamine (=burnout).

You can't budget your way, out of an income problem. A certain amount of income, is just to low. And than it's an income problem, not a spending problem. Because one can't het below a certain spend amouny, that is survival mode level spending

Budgeting advice always make me laugh for this reason. In my country the UK for 90% of people it’s an income problem. Everyone is on survival mode. Average wage here pays your rent and utilities and that’s pretty much it.

Where I life in Netherlands.
If one has cheap housing, and is alone.
Than all basic needs, and obligations will put you at like 1000 euro per month, of costs.
If one wants a car, than it's at 1200 euro per month.

If one makes 1250 euro per month, and has a car. One can budget all one wants. Maybe one can get the 1200 euro per month expenses down to like 1150 euro per montg with extra frugal lifestyle. But that's just gonna turn 50 euro per month saving to 100 euro per month saving. Not much difference. And stress, about shit/machines breaking down.
Such person has an income problem, not a budget problem. If he makes 1750 euro per month. He can save 6000 euro per year, which will take away the stress of not being able to buy a new machine, car, laptop, when it breaks.

That, said.
Alot of people, do need to budget for some time.
Because the ones making 2500 euro per month. Also complain they cannot save.
That's because most up their expenses and lifestyle, with added income.
