I posted a thread on questions yesterday regarding if my braces have botched me due to my insane bloatness which also spiraled a starving reaction where today I ate only 800 cals and my bloat from yesterday to today has went like this. I also shaved, I’m losing my shit though regardless cause yesterday I didn’t even wanna go out to talk to people.
