Let’s go. It’s gonna be embarrassing to be the weakest person in the gym (probably gonna have the chicks there outperform me as well, brootal). But I have to do what I gotta do. Gotta make sure I stop being a fat slob. :ogre:

What a asencion you will be a teacher and now gymcelling mirin you hustle . If you scared of being the weakest you can try by starting doing some basic bodyweight training at home first .

Lifting natty is pointless so don't do that. Like you can get 5 years of gains in one 20-24 week cycle.

First lift everyday for 30 days natty to see if you are actually serious about it and if you do that consistently, then start roiding

I actually don’t mind being the weakest, I was trying to incorporate some humor into my post because I’m a peak jestermaxxer (or so I’d like to think). And yeah haha, it’s time to turn my life around. I’ve rotted for far too long.

The main reason for me to go to the gym is not to get swole, but to lose weight more efficiently (without relying on substances), and I’ll be able to build some muscles while I do it, though it’s not the primary focus. It’s just a bonus.

Yes, I will do this, thanks! I took a DNA test and it said due to my muscle composition, it’s best for me to do low reps and heavy weights. I did briefly workout at home a few years ago, but I did high reps with relatively heavy weights, which I now realize wasn’t good due to my muscle type.

Yeah because the 2018cel with 150k posts who has been rotting 7 years definitely has the T levels to build good muscle naturally :lul::lul:
My DNA test says the best way for me to go about this is heavy weights and low reps. That’s probably the best way I can build good muscle naturally. :ogre:

I actually don’t want to take any substance, I don’t even take paracetamol when I have headaches, I just soldier on. XD otherwise I’d have done it; provided it has no health side effects.

You’re never too old for that. But imagine if I never quit MMA; I did that briefly when I was younger (14), in 2009/2010. You’d see me on UFC instead of here. XD

Yeah, thanks for the advice. I was indeed going to not touch anything; even though others advised that I should. But I’m very stubborn. XD Indeed, I’m cutting off goyslop like candy, cookies, chips, etc. I’ll be making sure I get enough protein. I am thinking of doing OMAD + working out, instead of multiple meals a day, but idk yet.

I haven’t, actually! But I’ve consulted with my best friend who works at the gym, and he says he will help me out. He’s very talented, has great genetics (never seen him past 9% body fat since he was 14, he’s 30 now), and says he can actually help me, unlike so-called personal trainers, who he feels are ripping off clients. (He’s helping me for free).
