Definitely. I don’t think I’d have gone to a gym if it weren’t for my best friend. Otherwise I’d have done a home gym kinda thing.

Home gym is cheaper for me i do gym almost 3 Years now and i spend on it around 500 dolars and i have 3 Barbells bench 100kg of Weights and that thing you pull down idk how its Called in english

And yeah ahaha, my best friend said that personal trainers are dogshit at actually teaching people how do stuff properly, and he doesn’t like that. He said he can do a much better job, and he actually wants to become a personal trainer eventually. So for now he will just help me out (for free).

He’s very talented, has great genetics (never seen him past 9% body fat since he was 14, he’s 30 now), and says he can actually help me, unlike so-called personal trainers, who he feels are ripping off clients. (He’s helping me for free).

I dunno, there was certainly an Arab presence over there, it’s very possible you can have legit Arab ancestry. But it’s the same with Islamic South Asians, those who claim to be Syed or Qureshi. 99% of them are LARPs, but some of them have actual Arab paternal haplogroups.

When I first started gymceling I was pretty weak and felt insecure about people looking at me in the gym.

You just have to remember that anyone who sees the number of heavy metals they can pick up as a competition is a low life anyway
