I’m currently 172cm(5’8). I am 16 at the moment, i want to grow taller and look better.
For Heightmax I’m going to be following @FreakkForLife 's advice on streching and taking k2 supplement.
Going to be following @gymislife and @Prettyboy ’s guides on nutrition.
Going to be following the general androgen max estrogen min Best of the Best thread.
And going to frame max with @AverageTevvezFan.
Here’s what I’m gonna do.
HEIGHTmax
First going to check my growth plates, if they are open, gonna take Mk 677 and aromasin(Mk will increase gh, and aromasin will prevent estrogen from closing plates/accelerating puberty).
Taking creatine, butea superba supplement, L-Carnitine/ L-Tartare (Increased AR sensitivity, and increased DHT which antagonizes estrogen). Also ashwaghanda for stress @AdaMustang
Now to the action: Meditation, to low cortisol and inhibition in general. Gym(helps with confidence and inhibition). Stretches and tadasana to decompress spine, intermittent fasting. K2 supplementation.
PUBERTYmax
Avoiding harmful plastics and toxins, since it shuts down testosterone production.
Eating greenies, spinach, and stuff like that.
Eating food rich in healthy in meat, fat and low in carbohydrates.
Going to eat in a strict 200-300 calories surplus, since i still wanna grow, but don’t want to become fat and lose the potential of growth either way.
Drinking milk, eating eggs with butter to cover most of the nutrition thingies.

LOOKSmax
Mewing: I know a lot of people don’t like it but even people that disagree says it might be beneficial during puberty.
Putting my face in Ice: It helps with inflamation.
Strict skincare routine.
Facial exercises, things like flexioning parts around the eye to harden it and simulate hooded eyes(I’m still looking into that).
Swiming and some excercises from @AverageTevvezFan. To FRAMEmax.
Chewing.
Conclusion
This and all, the pubertymaxxing will have to do it’s work. I cannot tell how attractive I am since I’m at 15-18 percent BF, I would give myself a 4-5 PSL, I’m pretty normie, don’t have any outstanding features, maybe my eyebrows and lashes.
I plan to post progress pics.
My goal is 180-182cm (That’s about 5’11 or 6’0 i think). My father is 175cm, I have a theory that the genetics for to reaching this height are there, all of my uncles are higher than my father, and my cousins are monsters, in fact if i reach 185 in height they’ll still will mog me. Plus my father has a eating problem, he literally doesn’t eat.
Going to post this when I get my X ray done. Any thoughts are welcome.
Mini pre posting update: I got my xray done, the bones are still open, with age 16. Going to an endocrinologist to receipt me with an aromatase inhibitor.
