i have taken it for 2 weeks now with shit cardio and just eating whatever and i have lost 4kg
if you actually do some work and do 10-15k steps a day i could have lost 7-8 kg i think
and by upping the dose from 200 to 300mg i wont get major side effects but imma loose 50% more weight
only problem imo is the sweating, but i just have a second tshirt and deo for school so doesnt matter tbf
