I want plump chest and ass. The last set I superset and end with pushups until failure.

Before I eat a kick sea salt caramel liquorice bar for increased estrogen.

This is a great method if you're just looking to maintain or bring out some specific muscle groups. You can even train a little bit everyday if you only do 1 or 2 exercises (abs you can do everyday if you want to). You get dopamine, endorphins and stuff and it's easy to motivate yourself when it's such low volume.
