I have some really old dumbbells
One is 10 lbs, the other 5 lbs. Together like 6.8 kg

But I'll probably just stick with the 10 lb one for now. Doing pull ups with this between my thighs will make just bodyweight pull ups feel easier

It's not a lot, but it doesn't matter. I can only do like 5 chest/sternum to bar pull ups anyway, so don't want to add too much weight. And 10 lbs is enough to feel a difference when I do just bodyweight
