Do it carefully tho and as soon as you feel to much pressure reduce the weights
Slight pressure for 4-5 minutes is what will create microfradtures at the shoulders

Elastic bands are cope, if you actually want to get big, you need that stimulus that only heavy weights can give.

Bro i know, this is not about muscle, it's about bones right there
And elastic band should perfectly fit for that purpose

Alright nice please measure your circumference so we can compare it after couple of weeks
I will measure it when I wake up and yes we can track and see how well it works

You will probably waste your time. Also good luck finding bands that are strong enough.
