IM GROWING AGAIN AT 18

over the course of one and a half weeks, I've grown 0.25 inches taller and my shoulders are getting noticeably wider (I'm doing absolutely nothing)

I also went up in a shirt size (I am still the same weight)

Does this mean I'm about to have another growth spurt? or was that the last of it
