Im happy with everything but my hair and skin annoys me

my skin is always redish and flushes sometimes even when I use a moisturizer that doesn’t have any ingredients that attack the skin I really don’t get what I do wrong when I use moisturizer my skin turns a bit red and I’m honestly 99.9% sure that it’s no irritation when I don’t use moisturizer my skin builds dead skin so no matter what I do my skin isn’t happy. my hair is often kinda dry what can I do to solve both issues

if u have acne accutane if u want clear skin ghkcu for hair just use products without sulfates amd hair oil hepls mark as solution plsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

skincare isnt for everyone try to wash ur face with water only and not touch it

try using la roche posay cicaplast baume b5 these spots can be caused becuase of dry skin
skincare: gentle cleanser, moisturizer.
this is probably caused by inflamation, try klow
