Its hurting as i type this.
Today at my gym session the end was a dumbell curl real delt raise burner.
I did like 40 reps for pump and then i burned out.
And when i flexed my biceps a bad cramp started at my wrist
It hurts a lot when i flex its better idle but it still hurts

It was low weight and a part of my routine
Burning out + pump set as the last part of ur gym session is ideal for max hyperthropy

Pump is good to maximise hyperthropy , its not how my main excersises work

how long do you train bcs its mostly in ppl who started when i was like around 3 months in gym i had wrist pain and for one month i make my biceps training less intesive like lighter weight then i was fine and never had wrist pain again

Its usually 15-20 reps then i burnout
Ig its because bicep curls were very low weight next time ill increase weight lower intensity

there is 0 similarity between a dropset and a set where u do 40 reps.
