Its hurting as i type this.
Today at my gym session the end was a dumbell curl real delt raise burner.
I did like 40 reps for pump and then i burned out.
And when i flexed my biceps a bad cramp started at my wrist
It hurts a lot when i flex its better idle but it still hurts
