I'm in an obsessive love and it's getting toxic. She depends on me for everything and I'm losing my mind. Need advice

Hey guys, I really need to vent and get some advice because I honestly don't know what to do anymore. I’m super into this girl and I’m pretty sure she likes me too, but I just realized my feelings have turned into a unhealthy obsession. I get crazy insecure and anxious whenever she even talks to or stands near other guys. I was honest with her about it, and she told me she trusts me and that I should trust her too since she wants to be with me forever. But things got even heavier when we had a fight recently and she confessed she doesn't even feel like living anymore without me because she has horrible family issues and I'm literally the only person she has left. Now I feel like I'm carrying the weight of her whole life on my shoulders, trapped between my own toxic jealousy and the massive pressure of keeping her afloat. I know this whole situation is super codependent and unhealthy for both of us, but how do I deal with my insecurities and fix this without breaking her completely?

Unless your behavior in this relationship is a pattern across multiple relationships, I would argue that your obsessiveness really only stems from the overall stress in the relationship. Plus, I'm pretty confident that your girl is manipulating you, whether she realizes it or not. I've been in a similar situation with a "friend" in that regard before. She would often rant and cry about how her mom was super abusive but would keep going back to her mom regardless (even though she was in a position to leave her mom behind if she really wanted to). I don't want to outright insult your girl, judging that I don't really know all the details of your relationship, but if she's putting this much stress on you, and even potentially causing your obsessiveness, you have to leave her for your own sake. There's a clear difference between helping others with their problems in a safe manner and risking your own mental health for someone else

take a step back from the relationsuip, you both clearly need it. be weary of how you go about it tho, she seems quite unstable
