I used to do the same as you then I lowered the dosage there is not that much difference between minox from 5 mg to 10 mg

By ingesting minoxidil you should worry about your liver health more than cardiovascular problems which are quite rare

Personally I do about 2.5mg orally (topical solution). Been doing it for 2 years.

1mg might've given me the same results, but I don't know. Eventually I might reduce my dosage and see if it has any negative bearing on my eyebrows, lashes and hair.

Started using it primarily because my eyebrows were quite thin, but at this point the hairs are most likely terminal, albeit I'm not sure.

I hadn't started balding nor have I now, but my hair has gotten thicker and healthier looking. Which was something I hadn't anticipated, but an outcome which has made me continue taking the medication.

At times when I've taken breaks for a week or so, my hair quality has noticeably reduced, and I've had some shedding (not androgenetic alopecia, but thicker vellus hair).

Wht country are u in? In the UK its easy to get oral minox (£200 for a years supply of legit stuff from a pharmacy) so I dont understand why its so hard to get oral in other countries. Cant u just order from some Indian pharmacy or get some1 from UK or somewhere else its available to send u some?
