It's so fucking over for my mental health, everyday I just burn my mind out by overthinking and by getting nervous constantly by some smallest things.
I'm in the good LTR rn, my family is toxic but at least they care for me, I'm also finally graduating from this fucking college.
But I think I will ruin everything just because I'm living in my head 24/7 and sometimes I forgot to eat, can't sleep, 0 energy whatsoever.
And this is my state of being for at least a few years already jfl
