Carbs give me energy for the gym, I’m maintaining my weights while cutting
keeps me fuller and happier when eating which makes the diet sustainable forever
My t-levels do not drop and make me low t bitch like when i do high protein and low carbs
Having a high percentage of my food from carbohydrates deters me from eventually freaking out and cheating with some stupid fast food
best thing is the muscles are rounder and fuller with carbs in the system, never worrying bout looking stringy or flat
All this while leaning out fast and showing my abs again
