I'm legit 4cm taller when I'm completely standing "straight" and my spine is decompressed.

But who stands straight anyways? Also which height am I now, the morning height, where I tilt my head down slightly, stretch my spine completely, or the height in the evening, where I still stand with good posture, but just not stand straight as if I had a stick in my ass. It is a 3-4cm difference. (I still have good posture when I'm standing a bit more relaxed)
